A user journey diagram is a visual representation of the process that a user goes through to accomplish a goal. It is a useful tool for understanding the steps involved in a process, and can help identify areas of that process that need improvement.

Syntax

User journey diagrams are separated into sections, which represent the different stages of the process. Each section contains a list of steps, which are represented by nodes. The nodes are connected by edges, which represent the flow of the process.
